DAE-BRNS Two-Days Seminar on “Inter-disciplinary Collaboration of Emerging Technologies in Engineering Services” will be organised by Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India during 8 (Friday) & 9 (Saturday), December, 2023 in its facility in Visakhapatnam.
Domain of Engineering Services in an organization like Department of Atomic Energy plays a very important role in facilitating Research & Development activities.
It’s scope is wide, covering almost all the disciplines of Engineering, working in close coordination with each other, be it Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology. Recent developments, specially in IT viz. Artificial Intelligence, IoT etc., are creating overlaps in many areas.
The aims and objectives of this seminar is to explore these interdisciplinary areas and study their impact in day-to-day functioning of professionals providing engineering services. It will also expose them to new challenges of the future.
Experts from DAE Units, Industry and other premier research organizations will deliver invited talks during the Seminar.
